Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after both parties agree on the applicable grade, quantity, packaging, price and payment terms.
Order confirmation and commercial details will be communicated in writing by our sales team through channels such as email or WhatsApp.
Any quotation, discussion or preliminary communication should not be treated as a final order confirmation unless the applicable commercial terms have been mutually agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the order quantity, buyer relationship, product requirement and other commercial conditions.
As Agreed
Advance payment requirements and any applicable balance payment schedule will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.
Bank Transfer / UPI
Payment may be made through Bank Transfer, UPI or another payment method approved by Makhana Glow.
- ✓ GST invoice will be provided for confirmed orders, subject to applicable tax requirements.
- ✓ Payment details will be shared only through authorized business communication channels.
- ✓ For international buyers, payment terms such as advance payment, LC or other mutually agreed arrangements may be discussed separately.
Sample Terms
Sample pricing and applicable shipping charges will be communicated by our sales team at the time of your sample request.

Dispatch Timeline
Dispatch timelines depend on order size, product availability, packaging requirements and the agreed commercial terms.

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic orders are shipped through the transport or logistics method agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Transport Method: Confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.International orders are coordinated in consultation with the buyer. Applicable export documentation, logistics arrangements and commercial terms will be discussed separately.
Specific logistics partners and applicable Incoterms, where relevant, will be confirmed according to the individual order.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, quantity, packaging requirements and logistics partner availability.
Packaging for Transit
Orders are packed with consideration for handling, transportation and protection of the product during transit.
Packaging is selected according to the order, product and agreed packaging requirement.
Packaging is selected with appropriate protection against moisture exposure during handling and transit.
Bulk and larger orders may receive additional protective packaging where required.
Packaging specifications may vary based on grade, quantity, destination and agreed packaging format.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to a confirmed order, including quantity, grade or packaging, should be communicated as early as possible.
The possibility and terms of making changes or cancelling an order may depend on the production, packing or dispatch stage of the order.
Cancellation or modification requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the status and commercial terms of the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact our team as soon as possible with relevant details and photographs of the shipment and packaging.
